Best Wes her app

Looked and looked before settling on this one. Takes a moment or two (only a moment or two) to figure out how to read, but is the BEST weather app I could find - and is free if ads. The Weather Network used to be pretty good but new version is one giant can of advertising.

Only criticisms are that it does not show hourly weather between 9 pm and 3 am AND it does not show total expected rainfall.
